Each ACID STRAPS product is handmade especially for you, following every personalized detail at the time of purchase. We strive to create the strap of your dreams, exactly as you imagined.
But if for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, no problem at all. You have this right guaranteed — and we make the process easy.
Right of withdrawal (7 days)
According to the Consumer Protection Code (Article 49), any purchase made outside of a physical store — like ours, 100% online — can be canceled within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, for any reason, without needing justification.
In this case, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping, provided the product is in the conditions described below.
Manufacturing defect (30 days)
We carefully check each item before packaging, but we are all human. If you identify any production problem, the item can be exchanged for a new one, at no cost, within 30 days of receipt.
How to request
Contact us via WhatsApp (51) 98185-3490 and tell us what happened. If it meets the conditions for exchange or return, we will send you a reverse logistics code to facilitate your return shipment. We will accompany you throughout the entire process, from beginning to end.
Conditions for exchange or return
For the process to be accepted, the product needs to:
Show no signs of use (no stains, odors, or signs of washing);
Be in perfect resale condition;
Be accompanied by the original packaging, tags, accessories, and complimentary gifts received.
Deadlines after shipping
As soon as the product arrives with us, we will conduct a quick evaluation before releasing the new item (or the refund). Our commitment is to be as agile as possible — the maximum period is 3 business days after receiving the product at Acid Straps.
About refunds
Exchange for a higher-priced product: the difference can be paid in the way you prefer.
Exchange for a lower-priced product or return: the difference is refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
